Quick Midweek Dinner – Salmon with Sweet Potato

Paleo Zone – 4 Block Meal


  • 160 gram Salmon Fillet, skin on
  • 1/3 tsp olive oil
  • 270 grams sweet potato
  • 1 1/2 cup brussel sprouts


  • Heat oil in fry pan, and cook for 3 -4 minutes skin side down. Flip fish and cook until desired texture. My preference (medium rare) requires another 2 – 3 minutes. Like most fish, to get a good crispy skin, cook for another minute back on the skin side
  • Steam sweet potato for 5 – 6 minutes and then mash
  • Steam brussel sprouts
  • Serve with a sprinkle of fresh herbs – done!
