Asian Style Lamb Ribs



  • 1 kg lamb ribs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2cm ginger, grated
  • 2 large garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp wheat free tamari


  • Mix together marinade ingredient. Mix lamb ribs through and leave to marinate for 1 hour or overnight if possible
  • Preheat oven to 160 degrees
  • Place ribs on a rack in a large baking dish and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Baste ribs with marinate a couple of times during cooking
  • Serve in a large bowl with lots of napkins!
