Cooking time: 10mins
- 4 Eggs
- ½ cup pumpkin puree (homemade pumpkin puree recipe here)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Cinnamon, to taste
- Handful of blueberries
- Handful of raw walnuts
- 1 Cup of coconut cream
- Blend pancake mixture together and cook on a skillet.
- Serve and add toppings. (you can be creative and use your own toppings)
