Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

Who would have thought pumpkin in a pancake could taste so good! Quick and easy to make and pack full of goodness!

Serves: 1

Cooking time: 10mins

Ingredients

Pancakes

Toppings 

  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of raw walnuts
  • 1 Cup of coconut cream

Directions

  1. Blend pancake mixture together and cook on a skillet.
  2. Serve and add toppings. (you can be creative and use your own toppings)
