We a have new nutrition challenge about to kick off just after Easter. Our last challenge was very successful and we plan on making this one bigger and better. The “6 Week Clean and Lean Challenge” will be starting on Monday the 4th of April. You will not be in competition against anyone but yourself. This challenge is about getting your individual eating habits under control and basically doing a “RESET” following the Easter break.
